I had an excellent stay at this resort, thanks to the incredibly friendly staff, exceptional food, and outstanding service throughout my wedding ceremony. The beach and gym facilities were well-maintained, providing a lovely atmosphere. However, there were some minor issues with the room allocation and dining quality that could be improved upon.
After visiting this hotel for the sixth time, I can confidently say it remains outstanding! The location is unbeatable with a private beach, and the customer service is on another level. However, it's important to note that the dining options are quite limited compared to the extensive choices available at other resorts. Overall, this place is still our home away from home.
If you're looking for a place with stunning sunsets and wonderful beach vibes, this hotel is a perfect choice. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special, and I truly appreciated the personal touches throughout the week. On the downside, the pillows could have been better, and the nightly entertainment was hit-and-miss. Overall, it was a memorable vacation, and I can't wait to return.

My stay at the Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta was absolutely wonderful! The beautiful beachfront view and private beach were highlights, and I loved the various dining options available.
